As a Railway SystemIntegration Manager, you will lead the design, planning, execution, anddeployment of telecom & ICT systems tailored to the needs of railwayinfrastructure. You will guide a team of engineers and collaborate with variousinternal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable telecom solutions thatcomply with the industry standards and meet the project requirements. This roleprovides an exciting opportunity to leverage your proven railway experience andbe part of the team that delivers solutions that enhance railway operations andpassenger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of engineers designing, executing, and deploying the telecom systems for railway projects.
• Define engineering standards and best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality and optimized solutions.
• Stay updated on technological advances, industrytrends, and regulatory requirements relevant to railway telecommunicationsystems
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution ensuring alignment with project timelines, goals, and budget.
• Collaborate with planners, project manager, and cross functional team to identify project scope, resources, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and takenecessary corrective actions to mitigate risks and issues
• Lead the design and architecture of the of telecom systems for railway, including Multiservice Network, CCTV, Access
• Control, Passenger Information System, etc…
• Collaborate with the design team to translate project requirements to technical specifications, design documents, and shop drawings.
• Identify integration requirements between various systems and work with 3rd parties to define and document these integration requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, RAMS requirements, safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
• Ensure value engineering is implemented in the designstage and achieving an optimized design

You must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred
• PMI Certification (Desired)
• Certified in one or some of CCNA, CCNP, CCIE routing and switching or Datacenter.
• Certified in one or some of MCSA, MCSE infra, WiFi and Redhat.
• Certified in one or some of VMS, ACS, FAS and BMSsystems.
• 10 to15 years’ experience in telecommunication engineering
• Out of which 8 years in railway domain.
• Railway experience is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of railway signaling principles, communication protocols and design principles
• Proven experience in delivering complex telecom projects on time and within budget.
• Advanced knowledge in CCTV, Access Control, Video Management, Public Address, Fire Alarm, Master Clock, and
• Building Management systems’ design and implementation.
• Advanced knowledge in ICT, WiFi, multiservice network, firewalls and cybersecurity systems design and implementation.
• Extensive experience in PIDS, OATS and VRS
• Experience in automation systems and PLC.
