The candidate will be required to work very closely with marketers, designers, editors, and other approvers to publish relevant, insightful content.
Your key responsibilities
- Ensure new briefs and media plans are promptly updated on the master media tracker and archived.
- Execute the monthly media in market report with oversight form the Global Paid Media Manager.
- Update and maintain reporting for Area paid media interlock calls to aid in transparency.
- Collaborate with EssenceMediacom to gather visual confirmations of live campaigns.
- Diligent record-keeping of rate card details, media partners contacts and Media Champions network.
- Maintain the Paid Media Zone and FAQs.
- Generate trafficking codes for key campaigns.
- Update and maintain event tracker and other trackers (social access, BRIDGE, Finance).
- Analysing campaign data.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Diligence in documenting and reporting with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Experience or a strong interest in marketing, paid media, or related fields.
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to new processes or changes without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with digital media and social media campaign management is highly advantageous.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Knowledge of paid media in digital marketing
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A bachelor's degree
- 5-6 years of experience in social media management especially paid social
- Ability to hit the ground running and pick up new projects and processes quickly
- Experience working successfully within a complex matrix-structured organization is essential
- Experience in coordination & stakeholder management
- Knowledge and experience in influencer marketing
- Good communication skills
- B2B marketing, with experience in professional services or similar industries
- Marketing measurement and analytics knowledge

- Tracking social media insights through dashboards like Sprinklr, Facebook insights, Twitter insights, Adobe Experience Manager, etc
