What You'll Do

  • Develop comprehensive end-to-end process design by collaborating with cross-functional teams, considering efficiency, control, and scalability
  • Own & manage the payment process to partnership related contracts
  • Oversee all the financial components of the contract to ensure complete & accurate accounting
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment processes and contractual obligations
  • Design workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation to support implementation to integrate the process with existing technology
  • Develop & implement reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze current state and develop strategy for transition to shared service/BPO
  • Create key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess and report the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards for data security.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain competitive edge and compliance.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Financial operations & Accounting with a focus on process design & operational implementation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (CA,CPA,CMA,MBA Finance)
  • Proven experience with FinOps business process design or implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of improving payment processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, forecasting and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Hands on expertise in Advanced excel/Macros, Powerpoint and Gsuite
  • Experience with ORacle R12 or any other large scale ERP
  • Experience of working with reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus
