- Full CSA scope for HV/MV Substation and associated Grid Connection projects
- Develop and maintain a Basis of Design, prototype design and template specifications for HV/MV Substations and associated Grid Connection projects
- Work with HV & Electrical Engineers to produce substation site layouts during data centre master planning design
- Manage our external CSA Design Consultants through the Design & Construction Administration phases of projects
- Liaise with the Authorities having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and Energy Utilities regarding Building Permitting and Design approvals

- ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license in Ireland.
- 5+ years of experience in design in the Power/Utility sector including HV/MV Substation and Grid Connection Projects.
- 5+ years experience in evaluating the constructability of new technologies, and determine construction methods for substation and associated grid connections.
- Experience working with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.

- Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience managing CSA Design Consultants to deliver packages with experience coordinating CSA and MEP design disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience directly related HV/MV Substation and associated Grid Connection projects.
- Detailed understanding of building construction, forensic analysis of building design and construction defects, and evaluating value engineering for CSA aspects with basic understanding of large scale mechanical and electrical system components and designs.
- Direct experience with AHJ’s and Energy Utilities.
