General Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences, travel and luxury goods.
Completing end-to-end member requests
Supervising relatively junior customer service staff, including managing rotas, holding them accountable and balancing the need to maintain standards with the need to be their ally.

Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends
Be well versed in luxury consumer expectations
Experience in a high pressure customer facing environment

Experience in handling escalated customer complaints
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality
At least 1 year of experience in people management
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality
3+ years of experience in luxury concierge services
1+ year of experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
1+ year of experience working with teams across multiple geographies
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Strong relationship building skills, customer focus and ability to collaborate
