General Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences, travel and luxury goods.

• Completing end-to-end member requests

• Supervising relatively junior customer service staff, including managing rotas, holding them accountable and balancing the need to maintain standards with the need to be their ally.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification

• At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality

• At least 1 year of experience in people management

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality

• 3+ years of experience in luxury concierge services

• 1+ year of experience working with high net worth individuals and clients

• 1+ year of experience working with teams across multiple geographies

• Strong communication, both written and verbal

• Strong relationship building skills, customer focus and ability to collaborate

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
