As a member of our Core Business Service (CBS) team in our office in Málaga, Spain; you will join a group of professionals from different areas collaborating to support our infrastructure and over 650+ professionals.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of strategies, objectives, and action plans for the entire Center, accompanying businesses in the development of pragmatic strategies that guarantee safety at their facilities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance for the different businesses that are part of our organization.
- Promote corporate projects and procedures in the field of PRL, ensuring their correct implementation.
- Supervise the improvement of the prevention data measurement system (including KPIs) that helps monitor the effectiveness of the actions and the evolution of the organization.
- Keep up to date with any new knowledge, initiatives, legal developments, etc., in the field of prevention, actively sharing it with the company's professionals.
- Manage and set up projects within RSC.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- +6 years of experience in Health and Safety or PRL (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) under the Spanish regulatory system.
- C1+ level of Spanish.
- B2+ level of English.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Law is highly valued, as well as a Master’s degree in a similar area.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office.
