5+ years in the learning management, defining and executing training and coaching strategy
Familiar with adult learning principles and instructional design techniques, design framework and learning evaluation, and coaching techniques and framework
Experience with learning management systems, content management, and reporting structure
Inspiring leadership skills with a record of building and maintaining high-achieving teams
Ability to inspire and influence stakeholders on learning behaviors and principles in order to provide best in class learning experiences
Strong data analytic skills with the ability to identify trends and reporting results
Strict adherence to company policy on confidential materials
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing team members through effective coaching, leadership skills, and professional knowledge
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines with numerous projects on hand
Ability to deal with ambiguity and perform with minimal oversight or direction
Management and leadership experience is required
Coaching/Training Qualification would be advantageous
