As a Manager, Technical Program Management, you'll lead a team of Technical Program Managers working within the Cloud Technology Group by aligning goals with Engineering leadership. You will plan, communicate, execute, and deliver major projects, products, and solutions.

As a Manager Program Management Technical, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of TPMs to drive planning and execution for Cloud Data Services programs.
• Leading complex cross-functional projects and providing expertise in planning and executing multiple programs.
• Building and tracking Engineering plans in collaboration with Product Management, Architects, Engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Identifying areas ripe for process improvement, architecting and proposing solutions and implementing change management.
• Developing successful partnerships with engineering and program stakeholders across the organization

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 10+ years of relevant experience leading complex technical programs.
• Have experience managing a team of TPMs
• Be able to prioritize workload across multiple projects and communicate risks and issues effectively to senior stakeholders
• Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills needed to work across global constituencies across multiple time zones
• Have experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, Traditional PMI methods, etc
