Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide QRM policy support by understanding, monitoring, and developing QRM policies, while responding to inquiries from client-serving teams
- Assist professional staff in utilizing QRM databases and tools, applying firm protocols and guidelines with sound judgment
- Develop user-friendly processes and tools to streamline operations
- Prepare and conduct preliminary analyses of management reports to support decision-making
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality and Risk Management or related fields
- Degree in Economics or a related discipline
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and adaptability
- Effective planning and communication skills
- Advanced spoken and written English and Hungarian skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience in legal assistance is a plus
