Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Manager fulfillment optimization and planning plays a crucial role by focusing on the operational elements of efficient supply chain goods flow planning, fulfillment solutions, inventory and availability management. This role involves the practical application of established strategies and tools to ensure efficient solutions are implemented across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage short-, mid-, and long-term omnichannel supply chain goods flow plans in line with company objectives and market demands.
Identify and address potential risks to the plans implementing immediate solutions to prevent disruptions.
Execute scenario analyses, providing insights and actionable plans to maintain supply chain resilience and agility,
Track and, when needed, establish KPIs related to fulfillment performance, planning accuracy, inventory movement and availability management.
Utilize analytical tools (e.g. Power BI) to develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that offer clear and actionable insights, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into key metrics and trends.
Leverage advanced data management skills, to maintain and enhance the accuracy and integrity of the data in the area of responsibility, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Execute and oversee fulfillment and planning initiatives to enhance inventory turnover rates, reduce holding costs, and ensure high on-shelf product availability
Work closely with demand planning, sales, and Supply Chain Management operations teams to support aligned strategies and actions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the area and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure clear and effective communication of the data and strategies to key stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Advanced skills in Power BI for dashboards and data visualization
Strong SQL skills for data querying and management
Good communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems is a plus.
Results-oriented and goal-driven
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Higher education degree in Finance, Logistics, Suply Chain Management or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience in SCM, Sales, Finance, or Analytics departments.
General knowledge of supply chain management (SCM) is appreciated but not required.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
