Job Responsibility:
- Builds men’s performance footwear assortments for all CLC concept stores and key doors across NSO & NSP in a consumer-centric way. Work closely with Consumer Merch & other MPU Merch to make sure consumer needs at retail store will be fully served and aligned x-channels.
- Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend thru creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision.
- Lead and drive merchandising execution for Nike Rise/Beacon/HOI.
- Influences and Informs NSO in-season product arrangement based on weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores.
- Work with retail marketing team, influences and drives retail end-in mind by leveraging merchandising expertise and vision.
- Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace.
Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):
- GC local marketplace knowledge
- 5+ years’ merchandising / buying experience in retail industry
- Strong product sense / passion
- Strong English & Chinese language skill
