Develop the NDDC annual/seasonal merchandising plans for Women’s Sports CFOP (Women’s Basketball, Women’s Tennis, Women’s Golf and Women’s Soccer) to provide the best product experience on digital marketplace.
Build consumer right assortment for digital marketplace platform, including Nike APP, HK.COM, Tmall & JD.com to achieve business objectives.
Partner with NDDC business team and x-functional team to obsess with seamless product assortment landing with strong navigation and product wall journey.
Partner with other MPU merchandising team to provide integrated product insights to CFOP team to fulfill marketplace product needs.
Closely monitor marketplace trend and competition moves to drive assortment actions with speed and responsiveness.
Deliverables:
Deliver and participate in the key corporate gates and Code deliverables.
Bringing 13-weeks to live through digital journey through partnership with brand and NDDC business team.
Ensure Women’s Sports assortments supports financial targets in partnership with planning team.
Closely work with cross-merchandising team to capture sports / athletes’ distinctive moment to deliver quick strike product projects to win at the moment of truth.
Deliver in-depth weekly NDDC trade report, in-season analytics & seasonal product hind sightings. Read and react to in-season learnings and identify opportunities to adapt current business and inform future assortment decisions, NDDC merchandising strategies and strategic initiatives.
Partner with CFOP merchandising team to get after product opportunities to serve GC consumer needs on digital marketplace. Partner closely with GC fulfill team to inform quick product decisions to scale impact with speed.
