Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to shape our market awareness, market penetration & adoption and utilizing influence-management skills to achieve revenue/margin targets.
  • Develop Annual Operating Plans, as well as Strategic Plans, to exceed Corporate financial directives.
  • Execute both Sales and Marketing initiatives including working with our Sales team to continue launch efforts, work with KOLs to increase awareness, shape our clinical strategy to expand our clinical offerings, work with R&D on next-generation iterations, drive supply chain for optimized customer experience and act as our brand champion across the organization for DCBs.
  • Partner with Medical Science, Communications and Programs, Global Marketing Analytics and Education Program Management, taking full advantage of their expertise to maximize product and project success.
  • Provide leadership for the franchise marketing processes and key marketing project deliverables by recommending and participating in managing the set of resources required for the franchise to meet its business plan.
  • Establish, build, and maintain key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, other franchises, sales, and opinion leaders.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and supply chain to develop the forecast as well as resolve other operationally related issues.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Demonstrated success managing complex businesses
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience creating compelling presentations and effective communication of recommendations
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Masters, MBA)
  • Medical device industry experience
  • Drug-Eluting Technology market experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as an individual contributor and effectively in a team-based environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to influence leadership and key stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills and creating compelling, cohesive, and succinct presentations
