Legal Technology enables modern practice of law through technology transformation and is responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to the Legal Department and Office of the Corporate.

Job Description*

We are seeking an experienced .NET Senior Engineer to drive the technical vision for our .NET applications. The candidate needs to have a strong background in .NET framework, C#, and related technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The candidate will act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams.

Responsibilities*

Key responsibilities include:

Develops, designs, enhances, debugs, research, supports, maintains, and tests .NET applications that support business units or supporting functions.
These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using modern technologies.
Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and innovation.
Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
May provide technical direction and system design for individual initiatives.
Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from manager or other leads.
Hand on experience working on JIRA and ability to drive project stories and metrics through JIRA board.
Ability to navigate bank’s processes and help resolve project impediments or development team.
Interpret business requirements and translate them into design solutions. Ensures delivered solutions are realized in timeframe committed. Build strong relationship and influence on team members.
Ability to Create and maintain system, functional and reference documentation.
Participate in scrum teams working on sprints and ensure on time delivery with high quality.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.

12 - 15+ years

Foundational skills*

12+ years web development experience with ASP.NET, .NET Core and client-side framework
8+ years of MS SQL Server development experience
5+ years of Angular development experience
5+ years’ experience of Scrum and Agile SDLC experience
3+ years Working with GIT in a team environment.
6+ years designing medium to large applications.
Able to build service-oriented applications, n-tier architecture, web services, and consume web services (SOAP and REST)
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong business acumen and ability to drive technical vision.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git)
Ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
