• XML, XSLT, XPATH;
• Core Java (JDK 6 and 7), Database queries.
• SDLC Concepts.
• SCRUM Methodology.
• ITSM Knowledge.
• General system administration knowledge:
• Linux, Windows, Unix, RDBMS (generic SQL queries)
• BladeLogic Server Automation: basic skill

Desired skills*

• ITIL Foundations certified or higher preferred
• BMC Atrium Orchestrator training
• BMC BladeLogic Server Automation training & qualification,
• BMC Remedy ARS
• Jython, Perl,Powershell scripting
