What You'll Do:

• Conduct user research and analyze data to understand the needs and behaviors of account managers
• Design and create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for new tools and features
• Develop and program tools using Python to automate processes for account managers
• Run usability testing sessions and refine designs based on user feedback and test results
• Work closely with the Partner Success team on design and tool implementation
• Use feedback and data to continuously improve design decisions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of SQL and Python for tool development

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Experience with data analysis and using user feedback to drive design improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for tool development and automation
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• A proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
