What You'll Do:
- Conduct user research and analyze data to understand the needs and behaviors of account managers
- Design and create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for new tools and features
- Develop and program tools using Python to automate processes for account managers
- Run usability testing sessions and refine designs based on user feedback and test results
- Work closely with the Partner Success team on design and tool implementation
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve design decisions
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of SQL and Python for tool development
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
- Experience with data analysis and using user feedback to drive design improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for tool development and automation
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- A proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
