As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will work closely with partners to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, and provide technical readiness that builds skills to deliver architectural design sessions, developing proof of concepts, and help them transition from legacy systems to modern cloud environments, ensuring that their solutions are optimized for performance and cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • ORequivalent experience.
• Technical certification in cloud (e.g. Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
• 2+ years of experience in ANY of the following technologies: Azure Management Groups, Azure Policy, Cloud Adoption Framework for Azure, Azure Arc, Azure Active Directory, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Azure Functions.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 2+years experienceworking in a customer-facing role (e.g.,internaland/or external).
• 2+years experienceworking on technical projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
  • OR master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 3+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, product development, or related technical/sales experience
• 2+ years of related experience in technology IP solutions or services development, with a deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends like generative AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE) and SaaS (Software as a Service) services
• Background and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft's cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365)
• Experience in cloud architecture, migration, and optimization is highly desirable
• Minimum Level 200 (L200) knowledge of Azure Security services stackorMinimum Level 300 knowledge on one of the following Linux/ PostgreSQL or AVS (includingvCDmulti-tenancy orMinimum Level 100 knowledge of Azure AI infrastructure)

• Transition Partner from Legacy Systems - Facilitate smooth transitions to modern cloud environments, improving efficiency and reducing operational risks for partners, to help them stay competitive by leveraging the latest technologies and cloud best practices.
• Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management -Drive innovation to meet future market demand and maximize partner impact. Establish long-term engagement to influence large partners in adopting Microsoft Technologies. Proven track record of developing deep technical relationships.
• Partner Enablement and Business Acumen - Experience in offering guidance to the broader technical team to ensure that technical pre-sales, deployment, and consumption are part of solution development efforts and the ability to coach the partner on building resilience to technical issues and dealing with competition and
