About the Role

, you will drive delivery of the value improvement strategy across the Global Business Services organization, manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate value improvement governance activities & trainings, as well as manage process improvement events across the organization. This role will work collaboratively across various functions and BSC sites across the globe to engage stakeholders in executing projects to deliver results.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Own stakeholder relationship management across organization, inclusive of governance council facilitation, regular connection with GBS leadership stakeholders, and frequent organization pulse connections to ensure program is delivering to strategy goals.
  • Define, in partnership with CIDO Strategy & Operations Value Management Capability Owner, strategy roadmap and own delivery of outputs and performance metrics.
  • Lead project manager for delivery of global value improvement events across organization.
  • Partner with VIP Champions and Service Delivery teams to establish a strong pipeline of value improvement projects to drive the GBS global value improvement strategy and achieve operating income goals.
  • Facilitate best in class Value Improvement, Lean, Lean Business Process (LBP), and VIP training for employees at all levels.
  • Facilitate or participate in kaizen\ideation events to target key enterprise improvements to drive strategic business priorities.
  • Act as a change steward by encouraging and adopting new ways of looking at problems, processes, and solutions.
  • Make continuous improvement recommendations, lead, oversee and influence others, in the continued improvements.

What we’re looking for:

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years overall business experience.
  • 5+ years of Process Improvement/ Lean related experience, Facilitative role, or project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships to shape, establish, communicate, and engage teams.
  • Proven results applying project management and/or lean tools and methodologies in enterprise-wide and transactional environments.
  • Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment.
  • Create a sense of energy, excitement, and personal commitment to the organization by empowering others, rewarding, and celebrating superior performance, and creating an inclusive workplace across global locations.
  • Demonstrated high degree of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to establish credibility.
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution.

  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial/consultant mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suites (MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week at office location).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating training/learning sessions.
  • Experience with agile project management.
  • Entry level knowledge and/or capabilities working with Tableau and/or MS Power Platforms (i.e. PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Entry level analytical capabilities skills to derive insights and make recommendations
  • Global Enterprise or Shared Services experience.
