Job Description

The position is located on Munich.

Key Duties, Responsibilities and Interactions:

• Lead a team of six data analysts and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment and providing guidance and coaching to team members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including global data teams, marketing, sales, and general management to understand business needs and align data initiatives accordingly.

• Manage internal and external data analytics resources in line with business and reporting needs.

• Develop and incorporate new data sources and analytical tools (AI) and ensure data quality.

• Lead the analysis of complex datasets, including sales, market trends, and customer behavior.

• Apply advanced statistical methods and data mining techniques to extract actionable insights, reports and visualizations that enable business decisions.

• Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to define and implement data requirements, data quality standards, and data architecture.

• Assess market conditions and competitor behavior to support pricing decisions and review pricing strategies developed within the BU in alignment with strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Master degree in data science or relevant field

• 5 years experience in business intelligence or similar area

• Experience in global corporate environment

• Fluency in spoken and written English
