- 6+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in AI/ML (1+ in Generative AI specifically) Experience contributing to the system design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current GenAI systems.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a solution/product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience managing technical solution/product.
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study or 8+ years of related work experience.

- Masters or PhD degree in computer science, or related STEM field
- 3+ Years of experience working with Machine Learning and Data Science communities.
- Strong working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics
- Strong communication and data presentation skills
- comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Deep knowledge of software development tools and methodologies and active, hands-on coding and AI/ML application design experience
