What you’ll do

If you are a Junior Developer who

• follows Agile Software Engineering practices
• has excellence programming skills and expertise with Java and Java-related technologies

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Implement, test, operate business applications on top of BTP following Agile Software Engineering practices.
• Take technical decisions with support from more experience
• Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks in the context of the business application domain. Do Prove-of-Concept (PoC).

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Computer science education or engineering education with completed computer science courses. Current university students are welcome to apply
• Up to 3 years professional experience
• Fundamental knowledge or experience with object-oriented programming (Java) Fundamental
• Fundamental knowledge or experience with RDBMS and SQL. HANA experience is an advantage.Knowledge or experience with object-oriented programming (Java)
• Fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Fundamental knowledge or experience with web technologies like JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Problem-solving, analytical and architectural skills
• Creative thinking, willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies
• Excellent team player, with strong communication skills, passionate about his/her work, self-motivated and driven
• Fluency in English
