Assurance Learning Analyst - Supervising Associate

Assurance Learning Analyst helps to determine, assign, communicate and track required learning for assurance professionals. This unique role is at the heart learning compliance and heavily engages with the Risk Management team, , Learning Deployment Specialists, Talent Consultants, Experience Managers and Global Delivery Services (GDS). The Assurance Learning Analyst performs analysis of various learning data, including, but not limited to, Power BI dashboards, internal SuccessFactors learning reports, HR reports.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your diverse range of responsibilities will include:

  • Support Assurance Learning population management activities, such as:
    • Initial population review and analysis at the beginning of learning year
    • Ongoing review of learning assignments and requesting exemptions, extensions, and other adjustment requests per decision matrix and guidance from Service Line Leaders
    • Executing learning plan adjustments / specialized learning plans based on certain circumstances (promotion, leave of absence, rotation, etc.) and at the end of the deployment cycle
    • Reviewing completion status for learning requirements and summarizing/presenting status updates
    • Document exemptions, extensions, and other learning assignment adjustments
  • Communicate learning plans and changes in learning assignments to Assurance professionals, addressing questions regarding the changes
  • Collaborate with various teams and senior-level stakeholders, including, but not limited to, offshore GDS resources, Service Line Learning Leaders and the Assurance Assistant Delivery Program Manager
  • Perform tasks and reporting as guided by the Assurance Assistant Delivery Program Manager and escalate potential risks/issues as needed
  • Coach and supervise Global Delivery Services (GDS) resources assigned with administrative tasks (e.g., submitting requests, updating data in population management trackers, tracking learning completion, etc.)
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment

  • Be detail orientated
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing and presenting information accurately and in a coherent and easy to follow way
  • Be able to successfully juggle competing priorities, multiple projects and senior stakeholders with varying perspectives
  • Have process improvement aptitude

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2-4 years of work experience, 1-3 years in learning
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships across ranks/levels and functions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills - ability to set priorities and be agile amidst changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and working with professional across geographic boundaries
