2. First screeningt: After you apply, our recruiter will call for a brief introduction to explore whether the role could be a good fit.

3. First interview: Before the interview, we ask you to complete an online assessment. It’s not a standard questionnaire but a game-based assessment that evaluates both your cognitive skills and behavioural preferences. During the interview, we discuss the results and a colleague from the relevant department will also be present. This is a mutual opportunity to get to know each other and for you to ask questions.

4. Second interview: If both sides feel it’s a match, a second meeting follows. This interview goes deeper into the role and other relevant topics. Sometimes a business case is included in the process. In some cases, there may be a final interview.

5. Offer: If it’s a match, you’ll receive an offer and undergo a pre-employment screening. After that, your new challenge begins. Welcome to EY!
