[Talent Acquisition]

  • Coach hiring managers and coordinate selection process to ensure optimal selection of candidates for available positions.
  • Develop and implement organizational recruiting strategies to attract the best qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage staffing project requirements with hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.
  • Prepare, extend and negotiate competitive job offers.
  • Utilize recruiting processes to leverage resume tracking software. Engage resources to maximize the strategic role of the staffing function and eliminate non-value added work. Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the staffing process, policies and strategy. May contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
  • Keep HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers updated as appropriate while effectively interacting with all levels of employees, answering questions and providing information.
  • Troubleshoot problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Partners with the Regional/Global Center of Excellence teams to support the attraction talents, and to address and satisfy client group(s) requirements.
  • Work with outside agencies and vendors. Identify and qualify agencies and vendors. Continually evaluate agencies and vendors effectiveness.
  • Ensure the organization complies with local laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, recruiting and hiring.
  • In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Requirements and Quaifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4+ years of staffing functions and total 7-10 years’ experience in MNC’s HR department
  • Good written and verbal communication both in English and Korean
  • Proficiency and experience working with MS-office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams
  • Knowledge in Korea Labor Law & regulations
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Learning agility
  • Proven track record of HR Project experiences preferred: HRIS, HR Process/Operation enhancement, etc.
  • Experiences in Healthcare industry preferred.
