You will:

  • Lead potential intake session with the hiring teams and partner closely with hiring leaders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities to ensure alignment on role expectations

  • Conduct candidate screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess qualifications to create a well-curated shortlist that aligns with the hiring needs and organizational goals

  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of candidate assessments and interviews across multiple stages, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers and panelists while accommodating diverse time zones and schedules

  • Draft, review and issue salary propositions in line with our job architecture and compensation guidelines

  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all recruitment activities in compliance with our commitments and best practices

Essential Requirements

  • Fresh graduate in the past 24 months, preferably with a degree in Human Resources or Business Management

  • Must be fluent in English, Arabic and French (additional language would be preferred)

  • Ability to multi-task and engage with senior stakeholders with exceptional organization and prioritization skills

  • Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance aligned to the Talent Acquisition process

  • In-depth understanding of branding and attraction tools, talent attraction strategy and social media platforms


Desirable Requirements

  • Prior experience in HR related role
