You will:
Lead potential intake session with the hiring teams and partner closely with hiring leaders to understand job requirements and hiring priorities to ensure alignment on role expectations
Conduct candidate screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess qualifications to create a well-curated shortlist that aligns with the hiring needs and organizational goals
Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of candidate assessments and interviews across multiple stages, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers and panelists while accommodating diverse time zones and schedules
Draft, review and issue salary propositions in line with our job architecture and compensation guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all recruitment activities in compliance with our commitments and best practices
Essential Requirements
Fresh graduate in the past 24 months, preferably with a degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Must be fluent in English, Arabic and French (additional language would be preferred)
Ability to multi-task and engage with senior stakeholders with exceptional organization and prioritization skills
Ability to follow process, policies and practices to achieve consistency and compliance aligned to the Talent Acquisition process
In-depth understanding of branding and attraction tools, talent attraction strategy and social media platforms
Desirable Requirements
Prior experience in HR related role
