In this role, you will:

• Lead the creation of best-in-class digital customer experiences for our app and website
• Apply a deep understanding of content design principles to develop and execute strategies that solve complex user and business challenges
• Craft holistic flows and end-to-end experiences grounded in principles of user-centered design
• Lead complex initiatives for internet and application content design
• Identify the modeling and all risk management including compliance with all federal and state laws for accessibility for all users
• Review and analyze complex business and operational objectives that require in-depth evaluation
• Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectations
• Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring strong understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Duties:

• Write compelling copy for a complicated and highly personal space – financial institution experience is not required
• Leverage research data to build solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
• An excellent presenter, who can sell ideas, create coalition, and build support
• An arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
• Offer content design perspective throughout the product development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency.
