In this role, you will:
- Develop content and design for online applications and websites
- Work with creative and technical teams to research and design the strategies to implement for online services
- Design and create customer experience elements to support the customer experience strategy as defined by Customer Experience Interaction Designers
- Create or collaborate on new and existing web or multimedia applications
- Ensure consistency throughout the site by utilizing company brand and quality standards
- Work with leaders on development ideas and products
- Collaborate with teams, direct managers and other departments regarding content requirement
- Design contentthat’ssimple, intuitive, engaging, and easy to understand across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner with UX, product, and engineering teams to shape product flows, microcopy, and in-app messaging.
- Use data, research, and insights to inform content decisions and iterate based on user feedback.
- Advocate for clarity, consistency, and accessibility in all user-facing content.
- Develop andmaintaincontentguidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure a consistent voice and tone across all platforms.
- Collaborate with localization teams to ensure content works globally.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to UX writing and content design
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience in UX writing, content design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolioshowcasingyour ability to craft user-centered content for digital products.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and write for a global audience.
- Experience working with design tools like Figma and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of information architecture, and UX flows.

Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of UX writing/content design skills
- Should have knowledge of writing for digital, mobile and web application.
- Experience with localization and global audiences.
- Familiarity with design systems and style guides.
- Degree in English, Communication, Psychology, Design, Marketing, Journalism,Advertising,or any area that emphasizes storytelling and critical thinking.
- Deep understanding of content design best practices, with experience designing for customer-facing products.
