What you'll do

In your role as Working Student supporting our Office of the CTO your specific tasks include but are not limited to:

• Support with coordination tasks of the CTO Office team
• Help with setting up project teams and participate in projects working closely with other offices and business units of the board area
• Managing internal and potentially external correspondence
• Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and to provide feedback
• Support alignment on strategic topics of the CTO Office with other business units, offices and beyond
• Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement
• All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team

What you bring

You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
• Background in IT is beneficial
• Preferably some experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud Reporting, Concur, etc.
• Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
• Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken
