As an Operations Senior Specialist- Escrow Analysis, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible

Job responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned functions independently. Have
• Use specialized functional or technical knowledge that allows for independent thought and action on important department activities
• Focus strongly on the overall internal and external customer experience
• Build expertise and experience of all team functions, maintains a culture of inclusivity and diverse thinking
• Review and build knowledge of team procedures
• Bring enhancement ideas to processes with a Process Improvement mindset
• Assist in facilitate training within the team as needed Conducts research and analyzes data
• Engage timely and professionally directly with others at all levels as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Previous Mortgage Servicing experience
• Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High proficiency in problem solving, negotiation skills, strategic management and ability to analyze and apply regulatory requirements to existing or proposed policies, procedures and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with various teams across lines of business and communicate with management.
• Ability to multitask and work on several initiatives at one time, using logic and independent decision making to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to analyze, communicate, debrief and provide recommendations with all levels of peers
• Escrow Servicing and Escrow Analysis experience
• Experience with MSP, Eagle One, and other Home Lending systems
