As an Operations Senior Specialist- Escrow Services, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank.
Job responsibilities
- Complete daily assigned functions independently and have specialized functional or technical knowledge that allows for independent thought and action on important department activities

- Assist in facilitate training within the team as needed Conducts research and analyzes data

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Previous Mortgage Servicing experience
- Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, and project management skills
- High proficiency in problem solving, negotiation skills, and strategic management. Ability to analyze and apply regulatory requirements to existing or proposed policies, procedures and processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with various teams across lines of business and communicate with management.
- Ability to multitask and work on several initiatives at one time, using logic and independent decision making to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to analyze, communicate, debrief and provide recommendations with all levels of peers
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Escrow Servicing and Escrow Analysis experience
- Experience with Eagle One, and other Home Lending systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
