As an Operations Senior Specialist- Escrow Services, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank.

Job responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned functions independently and have specialized functional or technical knowledge that allows for independent thought and action on important department activities
• Focus on strong overall customer experience – internal and external
• Build expertise and experience of all team functions, maintains a culture of inclusivity and diverse thinking
• Review and build knowledge of team procedures
• Keep a process improvement mindset – Bring enhancement ideas to processes
• Assist in facilitate training within the team as needed Conducts research and analyzes data
• Engage timely and professionally directly with others at all levels as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Previous Mortgage Servicing experience
• Conflict resolution, change management, influencing, and project management skills
• High proficiency in problem solving, negotiation skills, and strategic management. Ability to analyze and apply regulatory requirements to existing or proposed policies, procedures and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships with various teams across lines of business and communicate with management.
• Ability to multitask and work on several initiatives at one time, using logic and independent decision making to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to analyze, communicate, debrief and provide recommendations with all levels of peers

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Escrow Servicing and Escrow Analysis experience
• Experience with Eagle One, and other Home Lending systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
