We are seeking a Software Project Manager with a strong background in managing technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a project management role within technology-driven environments. A bonus would be experience in implementing Microsoft or SAP solutions.
As a Software Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technology implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and third party vendors.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure smooth execution.
Manage stakeholder communication, reporting progress and addressing issues proactively.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
Drive post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for technology implementation projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Experience with enterprise technology deployments, system integrations, and software development lifecycles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
Must be proficient in Greek and English language skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.) (preferred).
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum (preferred).
Proven experience in Microsoft or SAP solution implementations (preferred).
