As a HR Automation Specialist in NJE Servicing Special Operations, you will deliver a best in class, simplified, and personalized experience to current and former employees in support of their HR needs. You will interact with all employee types at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues using strong attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and empathetic support. You will adhere to company policy and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day.
Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for transforming various NJE Servicing Operations data into meaningful and relevant insight - by producing the research, data analysis and reporting solutions to enable the leadership team to identify improvement strategies, monitor implementation, and assess impact.
  • Developing new applications as required, and translating business needs into business requirements for implementations supported by other groups.
  • Handle complex tasks independently, analyze data, propose solutions, deliver required steps based on playbooks
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 1+ years of experience in HR service or Product roles, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated active listening, probing, and reading comprehension skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and HR Systems (me@JPMC, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Alteryx and SharePoint Development Credentials a must;
  • Strong grasp of research, data-gathering and analysis concepts
  • Agile, collaborative, and self-motivated team player; able to work independently, and execute in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday and some schedules may include Saturday
  • Tableau and UI Path credentials a plus
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends to support business needs
  • Background or experience in statistical analysis is a plus
    • Fast learner and creative problem solver with expertise in analysis and data transformation
    • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and effectively prioritize work, handling multiple demands and competing priorities
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of management, able to build strong working relationships across multiple functions and time zones
