Support a broad range of day-to-day HR activities in relation to new hires, absence management, payroll, leaves etc.
Maintain and update HR database, personnel files, and other information sources/systems to always ensure accuracy of data.
Provide HR administration across all processes within the business
Maintain, improve, and upkeep HR standard operating procedures to improve efficiency in work processes that translate to into improving employee experience in Check Point.
Participate in special projects related to the HR Operations team.
Qualifications
Experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services would be advantageous
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in psychology, Social Studies, or a related field from a leading institution (Quantitative degrees are also acceptable)
Experience working on simple reporting and working with Excel
