Key Responsibilities
  • Support a broad range of day-to-day HR activities in relation to new hires, absence management, payroll, leaves etc.
  • Maintain and update HR database, personnel files, and other information sources/systems to always ensure accuracy of data.
  • Provide HR administration across all processes within the business
  • Maintain, improve, and upkeep HR standard operating procedures to improve efficiency in work processes that translate to into improving employee experience in Check Point.
  • Participate in special projects related to the HR Operations team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services would be advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in psychology, Social Studies, or a related field from a leading institution (Quantitative degrees are also acceptable)
  • Experience working on simple reporting and working with Excel
  • Passion for Improving Processes
  • Attention to detail, process-driven, proactive problem-solver, strong project management skills
  • Strong service orientation with a proactive, can-do attitude, collaborative spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
