Required Qualifications
The OFCIrole is key to successful project deliveryengineer willbe knowledgeable of industry standards around equipment and engineering specifications relating tocenters. 1. Regularly reviews cost and KPI metrics, invoices, process/policy communications to client partners. Coordinate meetings and activities of vendors, cost managers, and integration of lessons learnedAttend scheduled owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, and report as necessaryin development ofProject Progresson scope, schedule, and budget weekly or as requiredin development ofweekly project status reporting to DCD standards
Vendor Management and contract compliance:1. Provide Vendor (contractor) oversight and performance managementin preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP’s), PER’s, and other project approval tools & templates3. Review of vendor scope of work, and design review of site and building planspay-application and invoice review and approval5. Manage compliance with prior audit results and recommendations.
