As a Senior Key Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing key customer accounts within the Honeywell Building Solutions business unit. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and providing innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work on a remote work schedule attached to our office in Hamburg. In this role, you will impact the success of our business by:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or key account management
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key customer accounts within the building services market (HVAC, BMS and/or Security Systems knowledge a distinct advantage)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent German language skills is mandatory.
Experience in the building solutions industry
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Results-oriented mindset
