As an Order Analyst, you will be assisting our sales team in creating and processing order forms. You will ensure a timely turnaround, whilst ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will oversee our processing systems and policies, managing the workflow from creation to submission and execution.
As an Order Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering customer feedback from the sales team to effectively translate needs into accurate product/service orders.
- Assisting the Sales team with renewing customer contracts by managing the entire order renewal workflow.
- Working with internal cross-functional teams to obtain approvals for standard and non-standard orders
- Managing, tracking and reviewing high-volume in-process sales orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
- Serving as a subject matter expert, guiding the sales team on policies, processes, and identifying improvements.
- Attending meetings to provide guidance on questions or issues the sales team faces regarding the order process.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Show good relevant experience in Quote-to-Cash process and order management
- Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate fluency in English and Mandarin
- Have good analytical skills with the ability to present analysis clearly
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, ensure high accuracy and efficiency in a busy environment
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
