Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design
- OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in Design Operations or UX Program Management.
- Proven ability to manage project deliverables and track progress with multiple teams across the business.
- Familiarity with project management best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting and communicating project needs.
- Capable of managing updates and ensuring project contributors remain accountable and on-track.
- Ability to support effective collaboration across a large, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with:
- Agile, Lean, and/or other modern product development methodologies
- Tools like Figma, Sketch, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management and design tools.
Product Design IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $83,600 - CAD $159,600 per year.
