As a Maintenance Technician for the Seats department, youwill play a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of a widearray of manufacturing equipment. You will apply your technical skills toinstall, maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems, factoryautomation and robotics. You will work with the highest caliber process andequipment engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and minimize oreliminate downtime.

• Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all industrialproduction and mechatronics equipment
• Diagnose issues and use a schematic diagram to troubleshootelectrical systems
• Operate and repair every cell on a line
• Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24 VDC to480 VAC 3 phase, mechanical systems, conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics,PLC, networks and robotics
• Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs andsuppliers, or obtain them from storerooms
• Log all work as performed
• Perform other tasks as instructed by management

• 5 plus years of experience working in a maintenance capacityon production manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret detailed mechanical assemblydrawings and accurately measure and inspect tolerances
• Solid electrical knowledge, can read schematics, proficiencywith pneumatics solenoid valves, actuator and control operations
• Advanced skills with a voltmeter to check AC/DC voltage
• Proficient with basic hydraulic system operation
• Ability to analyze problems and error conditions, identifyroot causes, and implement viable long-term solutions
• Must have command of the English language, both written andverbal
