Tech Support Professional with English (Spanish nice to have) - hybrid
As ain Honeywell, in, you will be responsible for support Adjacent Space systems, providing answers and solutions related to the product portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk phone & e-mail for product portfolio
- Handle internal and external customer related issues and concerns through approved communication channels
- Ensuring technical knowledge and expertise on relevant products in a portfolio, including legislative and regulatory approvals, is maintained at a high level
- Active involvement in developing the internal/external article database, by constantly creating/updating new and existing articles, with the purpose of facilitating technical information and procedures to customers and being utilized by all team members for solving customer queries
- Support the development of internal documentation
Key skills and qualifications:
- Fluent English (at least B2), Spanish nice to have
- Skills and knowledge the basics of electronics
- Relevant technical experience is a plus
- Understand customer’s needs
- Problem solving orientation
