The Technology Expert Labs Seller identifies, progresses, and closes Expert Labs services within the territory that drive revenue streams and increased IBM Technology adoption with customers.
- Technology Expert Labs Service business owner/principal for the given territory
- Required to face customer directly to work proactively to general service opportunities and drive to achieve assigned expert lab Service revenue and ACV signing target
- Capability to package service offering and presentation to customer
- As owner to drive deal closing end to end: opps identify and qualify, proposal presentation, price& T&C negotiation, contract close etc.
- Work with delivery team to manage project delivery issues and achieve customer satisfactory
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets over the past 7+ years.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the professional services industry, including trends, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.
- Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Ability to develop strategic sales plans, identify key opportunities, and execute tactics to drive revenue growth.
