This position is based in Sweden and is mainly responsible for clinical communication and clinical support to external and internal stakeholders. The process includes interaction and communication with orthodontists and dentists primarily in Sweden & Nordic region related to clinical support, case evaluation, case specific issues, ClinCheck treatment plan quality and troubleshooting. In addition, other duties will include supporting university and research programs, event management, relationships with KOLs, supporting with presentation materials for sales and clinical education materials. The role also requires being comfortable when speaking in public and delivering presentations during internal and external training events.

Role expectations
  • Provide clinical support to dentist and orthodontists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck treatment plan support as well as clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction and case refinement, primarily for Swedish doctors and also for doctors in other regions of Nordics
  • Liaison with ClinCheck technicians with regards to ClinCheck treatment plan quality issues
  • Investigation and Analysis of Clinical-related doctor inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
  • Assist with review of power point presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters.
  • Ensure timely resolution to doctors clinical issues.
  • Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by doctors. Research information to answer inquiries from doctors and share learning’s with departmental peers and management.
  • Participate in any other clinical or sales meeting, as needed.
  • Provides technical assistance to doctors
What we're looking for
  • BS or MS in dentistry or a dental-related field. Specialization in orthodontics is a plus.
  • Language skills: very fluent English and Swedish
  • Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
  • Dynamic, optimistic, accurate, diligent, fast learner, hard-working, creative, process and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work without constant supervision.
  • Dependable and attention to detail.
  • A strong, customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good team player.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).
