Core Responsibilities: (Include but not limitedto)
Point of escalation for Technical Support Specialist
Provide required assistance to ensure product readiness for serviceability and reliability
Provide required assistance in internal Technical Support NPI and User Acceptance Testing
Support the development of technical documentation and training
Maintain acceptable call evaluation requirement & KPIs
Develop FAQs, Technical Tips, and ‘How-To ’videos on Hardware and Software applications
Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
Maintain acceptable call evaluation requirement
Maintain acceptable VOC KPI requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering ie. Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation. Min 3~4 years of relevant experience in configurations of FIRE/ SECURITY Products in the field.
Must have installed and programmed relevant products in at least 10 projects.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Previous experience with troubleshooting software or hardware
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience with SQL
Basic understanding of electronics and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems.
Experience with LAN/WAN network technologies
A+ and/or Network+ certification
