JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide reliable technical assistance to internal andexternal customers. You will provide professional coverage of Technical SupportHelpdesk. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customersatisfaction. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution,root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You will buildinternal relationships to expedite complicated cases. You will develop broadunderstanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharingmindset, methodology, and tools. You will help develop Technical Supportprocesses. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity andcommunication. You will address systemic coordination issues.
Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivering day-to-day remote service operations under the supervision of the HBOC service supervisors.
Responsible to deliver 24/7/365 Fixed Night Shift - Alarm Monitoring, Online/ Telephone support, Remote Adjustment and Fault Finding with Resolutions.
The role will deliver remote preventative maintenance tasks based on the schedule and corrective maintenance.
Responsible to deliver day to day task defined as part of skill matrix including goals.
This role requires 5-7 years of experience in the specific domain or any automation industry. Facilitate issue identification and analysis.
Investigate and resolve technical issues.
Track requests resolution.
Provide technical training.
Build relationships with customers.
Test products & software.
Develop and share knowledge. HBS Productivity Tools.YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or equivalent Engineering/Technical Degree or Equivalent Qualifications and Advanced Level knowledge of Building Management Systems.
3-5 Years’ Experience in BMS Systems Field commissioning, BMS system engineering design OR similar kind of experience in a Technical Support Roles.
Strong understanding and knowledge of industry standards and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC, Lonwarks, APIs etc) WE VALUE
Experience in BMS systems like Niagara N4, Vykon, IQVision, Trend, Alerton, FORGE, EBI etc. Experience in the BMS industry is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact
Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint
Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center Management
Good administration skills
