Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in Taiwan.
Ability to speak Mandarin and English fluently to support and partner with local and regional teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience handling compliance requirements, conducting risk assessments, reviewing other regulatory requirements, and supporting labor relations and union engagements.
Excellent project management skills and delivery, with ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, analysis, and change management skills.
