Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, HR Advisor role involves
What a typical day looks like:
Close contact with partners (HRBP) in activities related to global HR processes.
Information analysis.
Follow-up on transfers
Promote and enable the self-service delivery model.
Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making.
Owners of key HR data.
Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement)
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
