Reporting to the Sr Director, Global Workforce Planning, HR Project Manager role involves being responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery.
What a typical day looks like:
Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.
Monitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
Interacts frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and unipersonal contributor groups.
Adapts to changes with a holistic view, such as a proper change control process, to avoid problems such as scope creep.
Enable change to achieve the envisioned future state. utilizes change management skills approach for transitioning unipersonal, groups, and organizations from a current state to a future state in which they realize desired benefits.
Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.

BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
Advanced English.
