As part of the BMC team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing a wide range of strategic communications such as plans, presentations, leadership messages, website and social media content etc.
• Managing internal and external events organization
• Managing preparation of invitations, leaflets, ads and other marketing collateral
• Supporting the organization and execution of the EOY project, ensuring timely and high-quality preparation of all marketing and communications materials, including coordination of PR and advertising activities and preparation of marketing materials for the EOY gala event
• Working closely with key internal stakeholders, graphic designer, PR and event management agency and other external suppliers in the execution of the above marketing and communications activities
• Working with other teams on different initiatives such as alumni relations, corporate responsibility etc.
• Supporting the BMC team in other areas as needed.

To qualify, candidates must have:

• A university degree in Marketing or Journalism
• At least two years of experience in the field of marketing activities implementation, event management, internal and external communications
• Experience working in PR agency and/or with a PR agency is a plus.
• Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex ideas persuasively and efficiently through print, digital and spoken channels.
• Adaptable, deadline-driven, result-oriented; a strong project manager with the ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timelines.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• A team-player with a strong desire to learn and collaborate as part of an integrated team.
• High proficiency with the Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
