You will work on a hybrid schedule out of any of our United States Honeywell locations and will report directly to our Security Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Federal Compliance & Governance : Provide guidance and oversight of all DD254s (classified contract) requirements in the Global Security Compliance portfolio. Work with GSC facility manager to ensure compliance and accreditation of secure spaces in support of classified programs. Implement NISPOM policy and procedures to remain compliant and deliver Satisfactory or higher rating for DCSA Security Reviews or other USG inspections (generate procedures, OPS dashboard maintenance., FSO MOS update, Corp SPP updates.)
• Programmatic Support : Provide program-specific support to all GSC Facility Security Officers throughout contract lifecycle. Ensure timely, accurate, and proactive support of all contracts and classified activities for all facilities within the Multiple Facility Organization (MFO.) Engage with PMs and program personnel to identify all security contract deliverables and deliver effective security support. Provide oversight to ensure Program Manager meetings are captured in OPS Dashboard. Serve as COMSEC lead to 8+ traditional COMSEC accounts. Perform Staff Assisted Visits (SAVs) in advance of DCSA Security Reviews, requiring frequent travel. Ensure all Corrective Action Plans are closed within establish time frames. Work with all GSC Security Manager(s) to develop metrics to qualify and quantify key ISP performance metrics.
• Security Education Training and Awareness: Provide project oversight of the implementation and compliant execution of the Security Information Management System for all cleared facilities under the GSC portfolio. Lead GSC training team to maintain and document government compliance training.
• Role breakdown (roughly):
  • 20% - DCSA Self Inspection and Security Review participation and review
  • 20% - Security Education Training & Awareness
  • 15% - DD-254/ Contract review and generation
  • 25% - Physical Security Compliance
  • 20% - INFOSEC support

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $127,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of equivalent experience in a DOD/other industrial security program/security/compliance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance (SCI w/Poly, is applicable)
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• In-depth knowledge of DoD security regulations and/or 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule
• Educational background that includes a focus in security, compliance and/or criminal justice desired
• Industrial Security Professional (ISP) certification or Security Fundamentals Professional Certification
• Ability to interact with all levels of leadership and customers
• Partner with stakeholders and foster strong inter-departmental collaboration in a professional manner.
